I used Lofty for years & then put my account on hold to deal with some personal issues recently in 2024. Days after Xmas, a pushy salesperson by the name of Cesar, tried to force me to sign a new contract by threatening to bill me when my billing was supposed to be on hold. He sent me a new contract after hours & expected me to sign without the benefit of reading it. He then locked me out of my account constantly when I insisted on getting a paper copy to review with my lawyer. When you export your csv to go to another CRM provider, it does not include all of your data which they know. I guess this is to hold you hostage so you can't smoothly move to a new company. All the history of my personal notes, social media profiles & custom-built action plans are gone costing me a lot of time & money. The sales manager BRANDON BRUGADA sets up appts pretending to try to resolve then cancels at the last moment. Their finance dept. tells you in order to recover the data not extracted you must pay for the time your acct was supposed to be on hold and the months they locked you out. This company is unethical and I would suggest you keep your contacts safely in another more reputable CRM/website provider - I switched to Follow up Boss that is much more reputable. What a bunch of crooks. Stay away!
